What doe’s mean urban decoration?…..something
additional? Not at all, on the contrary, it is a living
, vivid and efficacious part of the redevelopment of an
urban vital area, harmony of a valued and enjoyed green
land. Why would it be common opinion that to seat down on
a bench and read the news paper in peace one must be retired?
It is nowadays a very widespread idea that everybody is
