The endless transformation of our cities gives rise, in
real terms, to a new polycentric urban concept which involves
the construction of new residential areas, built up in disused
sites and provided with many open spaces designed to complement
the architectural structures, crossed, surmounted or fully
covered with or wrapped in the green.
